Susan Vieira - Writer & Director
Susan trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts from where she graduated in 2003 gaining a BA (Hons) in Acting. She also trained with the National Youth Music theatre from the age of 16 - 20 and was lucky enough to perform at some illustrious venues such as 'Glyndebourne Opera House', 'Peacock theatre -London' and 'Yvonne Arnaud' to name a few. She has also been on tours in Japan, USA and Spain.
Since graduating Susan has worked extensively in Children's theatre both at home and abroad. She recently spent 2 years in Spain touring with various shows for young children including 'Little Red', 'Cinderella', Robin Hood' & 'Romeo & Juliet'.
Susan is thrilled to be able to use her vast experience and passion for children's theatre to create and perform with Little Wings.
She believes that through theatre we can inform, shape and change lives at the same time as encouraging creativity in others.
Fiona Allan - Composer & Director
Fiona studied on a classical music degree at the University of Glasgow before moving to London to do a Master's in Music Theatre at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
Since graduation she has worked on a variety of professional productions. Fiona got the opportunity to see some of the world whilst working on a cruise ship as a production singer. She has also been involved in a number of musical theatre productions, pantomimes and toured schools in Spain and Italy doing theatre in eduction shows.
Fiona is excited to bring her vast experience working with early years and primary aged children to Little Wings. She has in the past taught private music classes for children, worked in a private nursery as well as teaching music and imagination play classes for under 5's.
Fiona believes that bringing theatre into the school environment offers children the opportunity to open their minds, think outside the box and allow them to learn and grow without even realising it.
All our staff and performers have a full DBS check and are very experienced working in schools and with children and young people.
